Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before participating in the Cocaptain Software Inc. Referral Program ("Referral Program") operated by Cocaptain Software Inc. ("us", "we", "our", or "the Company").

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program. We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any changes.

Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to any individual who is at least 18 years of age, has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction, and is a legal resident of the United States. You must also have a valid email address and provide accurate and complete information when participating in the Referral Program. Participants who are not legal residents of the United States are not eligible for the Referral Program.
Referral Program Details
Referrers ("you" or "Referrer") may refer potential new customers to Cocaptain Software Inc. If the referred customer ("Referee") signs up for our service, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a $50 commission, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Commission Conditions
Referrer will receive a $50 commission, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Referee must not be an existing customer of Cocaptain Software Inc., nor should they be in active sales discussions with the Company.
2. The Referee must sign up for Cocaptain Software Inc.'s services within 90 days of the referral date.
3. The Referee must complete any applicable trial periods and make at least one (1) full payment for Cocaptain Software Inc.'s services.
4. The Referee's account must be in good standing with no overdue payments or outstanding disputes.
Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid to the Referrer within 30 days following the completion of all commission conditions. Payments will be made through the Referrer's preferred method of payment, as provided by the Referrer to the Company.
Termination of Participation
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Referral Program without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or provided false or misleading information.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cocaptain Software Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the Referral Program.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cocaptain Software Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to the Referral Program or Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to participate in the Referral Program after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop participating in the Referral Program.
